INTRO

At 18, I organized and led a high school student age research team inside Riot Games — coordinating deliverables across QA, social, and marketing touchpoints to feed structured findings back into the development process for League of Legends. It was my first taste of what it means to build a team from nothing, keep it moving, and deliver something real.

What I did

·

What I did ·

Team Organization & Leadership

Organized and led the student research team from the ground up — coordinating deliverables across the program including our E3 attendance, establishing communication channels, and keeping the group aligned across a fast-moving timeline.

QA & Playtesting

Participated in QA sessions for unreleased League of Legends content, delivering structured feedback directly to Riot's design team and contributing findings to active development cycles.

Research & Documentation

Conducted research on social dynamics in multiplayer environments and attended E3 to capture a broader competitive landscape — synthesizing both into a final competitive analysis video delivered back to the team.

Reflection

This experience planted the seed for everything that came after — the instinct to organize a team, coordinate across disciplines, and turn observations into something useful. I was eighteen and I already knew this was the kind of work I wanted to do.
